New ways to work with relationship matrices
Manage your model with more source and target detail, and apply quality checks to relationships using EA matrices.
Model Expert users already know how easy it is to maintain consistency and quality in their EA models, but the latest release makes it even easier, by giving you new ways to work with relationship matrices.
You can now create and view relationship matrices that include multiple different source and target elements, and see all the different relationship types between them – all in one matrix. You can also choose which attributes and TVs are displayed for both sources and targets, making it easy to spot and edit where information is missing or wrong.
For managed models, where the contents of every matrix must meet a defined metamodel, incorrect relationships are highlighted for correction, and Model Expert guides modellers to only add corrections which meet the rules specified in your modelling standards.
For more information see Using Relationship Matrices or download the latest version of Model Expert and try it for yourself.
